
School Admission Policy
In order to evaluate new admissions on a common ground for students from different educational systems, an aptitude test is conducted as part of the admission process. There may be variations in exact age requirements for admission to each class. Hence, the final decision on class-allotment will depend up on a combination of age criteria, aptitude test results and previous school educational records.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Step 1
Enquiry Form – Online/Offline
Parent would be required to fill up all details in the Enquiry Form before being attended for counseling.

Admission Form
Parent would be required to fill up the admission form neatly and submitted along with following documents-
- Birth Certificate in original for pre-primary and grade one students only
- Previous school leaving certificate in original for grade two and above
- Aadhar card photocopy
- Caste certificate if applicable
- Educational certificates of the previous academic year
- Three I card size photographs After submission of the admission form, an acknowledgement receipt to be given to the parent with a unique number.
Step 5
Admission executive would contact parent to schedule an appointment for your wards interactive and aptitude test. Parent will be confirmed about student’s admission offer within two working days of the aptitude test. The final decision on the class in which child will be admitted will depend on:
- Combined results of the aptitude test
- Age criteria
- Educational certificates of the previous class
Step 6
Parent would be required to pay the registration fee and submit documents that may not have been attached earlier. Original documents must be produced to verify the authenticity of the
photocopies submitted.

The admissions team will provide the following documents to the parent:
- Admission confirmation note
- Receipt of registration fee
- Uniform details
- Books details
- School fee payment schedule
- Transport form
- School commencement date
Admission Policy
Following the successful completion of moral and academic evaluation, a letter confirming the candidate’s admission will be sent to the parent. This letter duly signed must be returned to the school.
On admission student will be charged the full year’s fee along with the registration fee. Only cheques will be accepted. Cheques will be stamped by the office only. No names will be handwritten by parent or office A bunch of post dated cheques must be submitted to the accounts department during confirmation of admission.
Office must make a phone call to the respective parent two days in advance before depositing cheque in the bank. If parent requests a delay, school can allow it only for a week. After that a per day Rs. 10 fine will be levied to the parent.
Cheque bounce charges will be paid at actuals for both sides by only and only the parent.



Admission Withdrawal Policy
Parents wishing to withdraw their children from the school, must give three months notice. The notice should reach the Principal by the end of the month, after which the next three months are considered as the notice period. In the absence of such notice, complete year’s fee would be charged before completing school leaving formalities.
School leaving/Transfer Certificate will be handed over to the parent only after submitting NO DUES CERTIFICATE to the office.

The school runs a CBSE curriculum for its functional grades i.e. 1 to 8. The school will apply for CBSE affiliation in due course. In addition to it, the school has all Maharashtra State government permissions for 2 divisions of 40 students each for pre-primary classes till Grade 12 as a CBSE school
The school has a very safe and reliable third party transport facility available in a radius of 13 km from the school.
The primary mode of instructions is English. But as per NEP 2020 we also offer instructions in Marathi and Hindi for the student’s better understanding and clarity.

Though the school infrastructure is ready for 2 divisions of each grade with 40 students in each division; we prefer a good student to teacher ratio in initial years i.e. 10:1 for every class for AY 2025-26
The school has a stringent criteria related to recruitment of the teachers. The mandatory condition is to be professionally qualified in the desired subject as per CBSE norms and must possess minimum 2 years of experience in any CBSE school.
We also ensure that the staff is consistent for the whole academic year even during the 2 year probation period.
